I think we in the USA should have the same restrictions as China. You should have to apply to have a child and be allowed to only have one.

well,we need a balanced population.its like a cycle,one person dies,a baby takes his place.
n nowadays there are lotsa stuff,commercialised society i call it.
kids are more materialistic n all.
