How overweight are you? Best way to loose some lbs is def to work out and eat right. You might not even have to curb your intake that much you might only have to change what you are eating? I know that can sometimes be harder said than done. Use the 3 G's! Get up, Get out and Get going and this will get you on your way to losing weight. Just sitting thinking about it kills me but when i use the three G's it really helps me. ( I made that up for myself incase you were wondering..lol) The one key thing that might help you the most is to stay away from Soda..including diet soda! Add some exercise to yor routine each day ...something that won't be monotonous and boring. Something you can realistically do regularly. Find a friend who also wants to lose weight and do it with them. They dont have support groups for nothing..they work. Your mind set is one of the most important things when losing weight...be POSITIVE..you can do it. Good luck and hope to see ya havin a good time at the beach!

This is what I did:
30 grams of fat per day and no more than 1000 calories. Drink lots of water and expercise. Reward yourself 1 time per week with a small portion of something you really enjoy. You should lose about 5-10 pounds the first 2 weeks and then about 2-3 pounds per week after that. Always check with your physician before beginning any diet.

A combination of diet and exercise - consistent exercise and healthy foods and good fats (omega 3's) things like salmon and almonds. whole grain foods keep you full longer. exercise early in the morning. use calcium and green tea. use pepper and protein. eat small meals every 2 to 3 hours. exercise can be low impact. do some weight training also. a couple months, people will tell u that u lost and u'll love hearing it.

Drink water or something healthy when ever you feel hungry, and if you still feel hungry after then eat something, but if you don't feel hungry after then you wont want to. A lot of the time when we feel hungry we are actually thirsty - according to Paul mckenna, he does a t.v show on loosing weight. Or exercise.

as everyone else is saying, a healthy diet and exercise. But the most important thing is, make it a MUST, and not a 'i have to'. get in the mood for it, get serious about it, set yourself realistic targets and don't set your targets two high, unless failure will not let you follow through, make your exercise FUN, not to hard, 20 minutes of aerobic exercise, don't overdo things. Here is something else very important. when you exercise, have a gradual warm up for ten minutes, if you go straight 'for it' you end up burning sugar for the energy. What you want to do is burn fat, so do it slowly and train your body to burn fat. get determined....you will do it...i bet

A change of lifestyle. A diet will last for weeks unitl you give up, you need to start on a healthy eating plan and do regular exercise that will raise your heart rate. See your doctor for advice on eating healthily

Eat less, eat a healthy diet and become more active, take the stairs instead of the lift and walk instead of driving where you can for instance, it takes time so dont expect to lose loads of pounds overnight

my brother has recently been ill and stopped having the occasional beer he lost a stone in 2 weeks.
i personally would take up cycling or join a pilates group. i know it sounds weird but it helped me with my rowing, it builds key muscles and is also a great method of losing weight

YOGA it keeps u healthy... loose wait.. and it makes u stay younger!
You can weather go to Yoga class.. or u can buy DVDs... and learn it urself at your house =) give it a try =)
