foreplay is things that people do before they actually have sex.
like kissing, touching, hugging, things like that. yes it is a good thing because it puts you in the mood to have sex. women like it more than men i think. because men seem to always be in the mood, sometimres women need a little more affection to get them going. hope this helps.
