Mario. In Sonic, sometimes you don't know where your going and you easily lose coins that you worked so hard for.

Mario rocks. He has plenty greater character. Hmm. perhaps it particularly is with the help of the fact he's a guy or woman. yet, heavily, the story line and plot is purely much greater useful than Sonic. The gameplay may well be slower, however the characters and song particularly greater healthy. Mario 2 is purely an absolute classic.

Mario, the inovation that has been inspired by the series has been great. It was voted #1 game for its time by EGM. Also, it has kept Nintendo alive, whereas Sonic hasn't made Sega the commanding franchise, hence Sega ending it's reign in creating video game consoles.
