Why does it seem that your views and thoughts are not as respected by the media? I can comprehend why liberal women may undermind what men say, but why not give just as much respect to what you say? Why is it that conservative women are assumed to be influenced, or brain-washed, and liberals are assumed to be "free"? Isn't it possible that liberals are being brain-washed and conservative women are the free thinkers? Why are you always neglected like "yesterday's" woman, and liberal women treated as "tomorrow's" women? Why can't conservative women be the future of women?

I just never understood why men listen to the ideas of all men, including both conservative and radical philosiphers, scientists, etc.. Yet feminism, which is supposed to be an opportunity for all women to speak out, often neglect the conservative women? Isn't feminism about you also? Why can't conservative women lead the feminist movement? Who says you aren't as good a role-model as any other women?

Thank you.

I do not believe that you understand the word "conservative."

Conservative literally means "tending to oppose change." Some might say "favoring traditional (or historical) views and values." This means raising your daughters to be like their grandmothers.

Far enough in the past, women were treated like property. Conservative women accepted this. Liberal women did not. If things are different now, it was not because of the women who wished to stay at home, do their husbands bidding and teach their daughters to do the same.

Why not drop the labels and just allow people to be who they are? Why turn this into a political battle? Tolerance, not force is probably the best path to take.

Good point. Although, feminism at its core is about female dominance of society, so I can't say that I would agree with that. (After all, if one side of gender bias is wrong than so is the other) The easy answer is liberal women don't care about equality: the truth is they want superiority. Conservative women carefully recognize this and truly want equality. They don't fit in to the liberal scheme...and you know that whole saying about a woman scorned....:)

We are misunderstood by the liberal media. We want to be equal to men in worth, but we want to have different roles as outlined in the Bible. One of these roles is being second in command under your husband. Another is not putting yourself in authority over a man in church. Liberals see this as being inferior. Conservatives see this as differing roles.

Confused, are you venting or is there a question in this long statement you are making in here somewhere.
