My left nipple is very hard and tingly for no apparant reason. The other one is fine. Anyone else ever have this problem? What can I do to make it stop?

Put a hole on the tip of the Bra. That will stop it.

Yes, you really should see a doctor. Take no chances. My mother has had a mastectomy. Get checked. I always do.
