Sue for what?
You have to have grounds to sue. What law was broken? Infidelity is not against the law - it's just grounds for divorce.
Do yourself a favor, go get tested and focus on moving on with your life, not revenge.
A fool and his money soon parted if you choose to engage a lawyer on this.

No you can't but you can go to the doctors and get tested. and what you are taalking about isn't sueing it is a junction to have them release medical evidence and you wont be able to get it. All they will tell you to do if you tried is that if you want to know go get tested yourself. and continue to do so every 6 months

I'd say to check with your local state laws. Or talk to a lawyer about it. You can sue for getting fat from McDonald's you can sure sue for getting AIDS. it's a felony if he knows he has it and doesn't tell you.

Be careful what you FEAR....... fear is a magnet.
I suggest you go to your doctor for a check up and then find a way to forgive and let go.
Don't put too much your energy towards creating negatives.

sue him.... i don't think so. you would have to prove without a shadow of a doubt that he cheated on you. You should go to your doctor and get yourself checked.

You could try, but I doubt you would get very far. Medical records have strict confidentiality (HIPPA) as I'm sure you're aware. It is not very easy to get them released, especially if he didn't sign that you are someone who could access them.
