A drunk is worse because they are unpredictable and things can get very ugly, very quick. An idiot is.....well an idiot they can be taught. On the other hand you cannot teach a drunk anything, they already know it all.

A drunk, he/she made themselves this way. An idiot is born that way. An idiot can not help it, a drunk certainly could have stopped him/herself getting into the situation in the first place.

I think drunks tend to be idiots. But seeing as how a regular person who is sober can be an idiot at all times, theyre probably worse than an otherwise intellegent person who has become a drunken idiot.

Depends on the situation. Some drunk people are harmless. Others are not. But an idiot has no excuse.
