Hi. If you tell me which target exactly are you following I can help you better. I am Iranian too and have just come to an English-speaking country. The first and most important thing for you is LISTENING as much as you can. Films are better than news.

Listen to a lot of television. Then you hear how American's speak. Watch it with subtitles, so you can read the words while they speak them. If you are in the US, find a school that teaches ESL. There are plenty of adult programs.
