wrote my husbands resume found him a job and took him to work everyday. I nursed him back to health after he was in the icu two weeks ago. This week he left me for the secretary at work. He has never called all week. He is living with her now. He calls and tells me that he does not want me to put him on child support or alimony. He wants to give me money when he feels like it. He want to be able to walk into the house we shared anytime he pleases. But I can not know wherer he lives. I am like wtf? He says if I don;t agree he will leave the country and i won't get anything and our daughter won't see him ever. What would you do? He also told me that effective immedietly that he is not paying the rent or any of the bills including our daughters insurance policy. And I am not working.
Our daughter is only 2.5 months old

You need to file for custody immediately, otherwise he can take off with your daughter and it's not kidnapping. Do not let him take her for visitation until you have custody or else he can take off with her and get custody.
You need to get some income coming in. Are you in college?

You are in the drivers seat here. You make the rules. You tell him this is the minimum amount I need per week or month. If you won't give it to me I will take you to court immediately. He should not and will not have an open door policy. He will come and go when you say so and not as he pleases. When he left you for the other woman he gave up his right to walk into or out of your life as well as your home. When the court starts taking the money out of his pay check he won't be such a bad A$$. I'm a father and I have child support taken from me and I did all the "right" things. I took care of my responsibility as a father. I picked my daughter up every day from school. Hell I changed her diapers more times than her mom did. When I walked into court, none of that counts. The judge sees every man as a bad father and the woman is always right! So use that to your advantage. Where is he going to run? To what country? May I suggest you start the process right away! If you later decide to back out because he decides to do the right thing fine. If not you will need money to support you and your child.

Go to your state child support agency. You have rights! He will have to pay you a specified amount each month to help support your daughter. If he is not living with you, he can't just walk in your house anytime! Get legal guidance! You can often get free legal aid and also get advice for free! Don't allow him to threaten you and scare you. Get help, and don't share with him what you are doing! Do it the correct and legal way, and you will be the one on top! You need a separation agreement drawn up also. This will help set the guidelines for visitation for your daughter and also other things. Ask that part of the agreement is he provides your daughter with health insurance and a life insurance policy!
He sounds like a jerk! Just hang in there and be strong! I have been there! Good luck and don't give up or in to him!

You have every righ in the world to go after him for support. I went after the father of one of my girls. And the attorney general went after him for a while. I have never recieved any money though. They claim they can't find him now. So he is getting away with it. So it is your call, you can go after him but there is no guarentee that you will recieve a dime, and it might cause him to run . So if you want him in her life you may want to try to do it all on your own and if it does not work then go after him. You can always can the attorney gernerals office and talk to them about you problemand see what they say. I hope this was a little help. Good luck.

Talk to someone at your court house. Child support will go after him even if he does leaves state. And if he is threatening that is not good. If he chooses not to see his daughter than he is the one missing out.

Get a lawyer and a restraing order. He can't do any of those things. Since he left the home and the marriage you are entitled to both allimony and child support. Best wishes

Go after him for child support. He has no right to treat you like that. You are split up, get all his stuff out of the house, NOW, and he has no right to come in when ever, if he does, call the police. Go file papers ASAP.... He sounds like a dangerous man, who cares if you get $ from him or not, I'd be glad just to get him out of my life ... Wake up girly...

Hmm, If he is he one who left for infidelity, you ar eentitled to child support. Some one has to petition for the divorce and let the family courts dela with it. As for the rent and the other bills you share together, someone has ot pay them, if you aren't, then you are pretty much screwed.

Get help from social services and they can make him pay-until then put new locks on the door and keep him away from your child! He is being cruel in the worst way! You could do better even on your own!
