it is uncomfortable,its best to have it removed shortly after you have had a period as your cervix is still quite soft and it makes it easier for it to be removed. Are you the lady that just asked if it could fall out? Dont worry,if you have a good doc or nurse they will talk you through it first.

No, they do it on your period if possible and so your already a little bothered down there. Ask for pain meds at your appointment and they will happily write you a prescription that will cover any pain you may have had. Best wishes
