Yahoo's customer service number is 408‑349‑1572. If you need to get a human, press 0 repeatedly, ignoring error messages.
To email them (much better to call if you ask me), go to http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/mail/cgi_feedback and fill out the form.
