I wonder why whever the Arabs have an input in Africa, war is prevalent? Somalia cannot have a viable government because the tribal affiliations.

until they settle the unrest within the people and their conflict with ethiopia and entriea. This is the fault of the colonizationers who put up these bounderies forcing enemy tribes to be right on top of each other. Its going to take years to resolve. Being muslim in majority is nothing. The problem is the civil unrest umong the people.

the people have to want it. be willing to fight and die for it. these areas of the world have been like this since before they invented the wheel. they have nothing to look forward to no light at the end of the tunnel. they need a true leader some one with a vision and a true empathy for his people. i do not think it will happen in my life time.

When their people are educated enough to demand it, and force it into being. Until then, they will be exploited by any fool with a bigger weapon that comes along.
