I am Ryan from Afghanistan. I entered Canada in 2004 and there were a few things differences between Afghanistan and Canada. I really like Canada because generally most of the people are friendly towards most other people regardless of their race, religion, etc.

I am Ryan, and I immigrated to Canada in 2004 from Afghanistan. My perception of Canada is that it is a welcoming place where others are compassionate and caring, with no regards to one's diversity (e.g. race, religion, etc.).

Back in Afghanistan, healthcare was paid by oneself, and some were not even able to afford it. Here in Canada, everybody enjoyed the privilege of having universal healthcare. This was a foreign concept for me.

Another fascinating facet of Canada is that it embraces multiculturalism. Here, I come into contact with people of other ethnicities and cultures, whereas in Afghanistan, it would have been impossible. I believe that multiculturalism allows for cultures to educate each other and learn from each other, and I love this aspect of Canada.

What most intrigued me is the fact that Canada is composed of two nationalities, English and French.

My name is Ryan and i come from Afghanistan. I flied to Canada in the year 2004. Then, I found A few differences between my homeland and Canada. I see Canada as a very interesting country. This is due to the friendliness with which the Canadian public deal with all people there, regardless of their races and doctrines.

An element that struck me as new and impressive was that Canada has free and well- provided for healthcare. This was something new to me since we had to pay for medical care back in my country and it was not cheap at all.

Another fact that greatly fascinated me was that Canada is a multicultural country, composed of various races and religions. This was quite interesting because i had the opportunity to get to know different cultures and races, the thing that was impossible to happen back in Afghanistan.

Furthermore, multiculturalism gave us the chance to learn from each other and bulid up a new country assembling the whole world in one place.

The final and most fascinating thing about Canada is that it was founded by two different nations, which are the English and the French.

Generally, many teachers consider a "formal" style to be one that does not use personal pronouns, like "I" and "me." Consider revising your paper to take out those words and personal references to yourself. For example, "Another fascinating element about Canada is the fact that it is a multicultural country."

Your best bet? Ask your teacher what he or she wants.
