I think it's unfair to judge Daniel Craig before the film has come out, as some Bond fans have done. I liked Sean Connery the most although he was miscast as James Bond is supposed to be more of a public school character. I heard they turned down Eric Bana for being too boring and Goran Visnjic for not being able to master an English accent. Personally I think they should have given Pierce Brosnan another shot since he is still quite lean, not ridiculously old like Roger Moore was latterly.

Out of all the Bond's Roger Moore is the best.
Daniel Craig was an ok choice as he had done such a good job in Layer Cake and my gf seem to like the idea because she fancies him, but in my opinion Clive Owen would make a much better Bond. He has the hardness of the James Bond character as shown in Sin City, but he has drama skills needed as well, as shown in Closer. I think that Daniel Craig was only chosen because he was freshed in everyones mind.

Nathaniel Parker would make a great Bond, I can't picture Daniel Craig as anybody but Ted Hughes in the movie Sylvia.

At first I wasn't sure if Daniel was right, but I think he actually might be ok. I think he will be better the Pierce Brosnan or Timothy Dalton ( by a landslide)

If I could choose, I believe Clive Owen would be perfect as Bond.

The idea is dated and should have ended with 'You Only Live Twice' (1967).
