First of all, it is difficult for me to take you at your word that you are "really interested" and "will look at the links" when you start out with such a courageous attack on a straw man (The Strawman Fallacy: Reduce your opponents position into something that is clearly false and ridiculous, and then attack that position as if it were actually the position of your opponent), but I'll humor you for now.
The first link explains in detail exactly what evolution is. To make a long story short, it is common descent through modification. If you truly seek answers, you should at least get the question right.
But what actually convinced me that evolution is true "beyond a shadow of a doubt" is not only the multitude of evidence for it, but the fact that there is NO evidence for the idea that the universe appeared out of nowhere, within six days of each other, 6 to 10 thousand years ago.
And since, as a christian, it is my faith and love for God and accepting Jesus as my Savior that saves me, not a belief that every word in Genesis is 100% literally accurate, I am not bound to beilieve that Genesis is literal, instead of allegorical.
There is a multitude of links that I have posted below. I'm sure you will find more evidence for evolution there than you will ever find anywhere for any competing "scientific" theory that would like to compete with it.
You said: " i want real proof not just isolated incidents of adaption." That's funny!!! Why such a strict demand as to what you will consider? Do you even have one isolated instance of something being created from nothing?
Is it somehow more palatable to have came directly from dirt that other animals had been defecating on for the 5 days before than it is to have come from another hominid/ape/or pond scum?
Maybe to you.
Blessings!

I'm not trying to talk about religion, but the creator of the universe may have created monkeys from human or vis versa, just like we made a laptop from a computer and the way we made a cell phone from a wired phone. The creator may have used the same base (monkeys) to create a totally different creature (humans).

None of those is the foundation of evolution. Evolution is the view in biology (not astronomy or physics) that the form of living things changes due to genetic changes in response to the environment.

Evolution is not a rule, it is a theory.
For questions about this theory, reference the experts:

no proof anywhere. You can't prove it, disprove or otherwise. Likewise, you can't prove the existance of GOD either. That's what makes these things beliefs. That is why there is the construct of faith.
