contact the company that makes the crib...they are simple to convert
try playing around with it and you just might figure it out on your own before your instructions are mailed to you!!

The crib was probably not manufactured by JC Penny, so we'll need the name of the manufacturer. There's probably a sticker on it somewhere, or a name on the box, if you stall have that.
Let us know who manufactured the crib, and we'll find the directions for you ASAP.

Go to a pennys store and request the information or look up the make and model on the internet.
