Speak to your superior and have him/her conduct a meeting for all employees regarding this issue so they can be educated about it and the laws that regulate it. If that doesn't work, file a complaint with the Human Rights Commission and the Labor Board

Document it and tell the head of the company that it has to stop immediately or you will file a lawsuit. People have won millions in these suits. But you have to be able to prove it. Make sure you have witnesses.
