I agree with Party 2 Hearty. You must be honest in everything, from money to sex. You have to be willing to communicate openly, and not hide your feelings. Age can be a barrier only if you let it. It won't last unless you're a sugar daddy. Young dudes are the same as young girls. When they date an older man it's either a cheap one time thrill or they stay around to see how much of your money you'll spend on them.
So to make it last pay his rent, buy him a new car and put him in your will.

Don't see him too often; talk about yourself; get him to talk about himself; play games; go to places. There's a book called "How to make thet man of your dreams fall in love with you." A lot of it is tosh and some of it is preternaturally selfish as well, but there are some good, simple ideas there.
