In the fall of 06, I will be attending UWW. I resently received my GED from Gateway Tech. College.
In Jan 05, I was homeless, and a alcoholic, living on the streets of Chicago. Due to horrible weather at the time, I received
frostbite. I had 1/2 of my right leg, and 1/3 of my left foot amputated
since that time I have turned my life around. Today I am CLEAN AND SOBER. Do you good people think that I would stand a chance of
finding a romantic relationship at College?? I am not a young kid
anymore.!!!! Should I just forget about love???
Forever Greatful

THE DAY YOU FORGET ABOUT LOVE IS THE DAY YOU FORGET ABOUT LIFE. BELIEVE ME, IF SOMEONE LOVES YOU THAT PERSON WILL LOVE WHO YOU ARE AND NOT HOW MANY LEGS OR ARMS YOU HAVE. THEY WILL LOOK INTO YOUR EYES, SMILE, AND THEY WILL FEEL YOUR HEART, AND THEY WILL TUNE INTO YOUR SPIRIT INSIDE WHICH IS AS STRONG AND STUBBORN AS AN OX AND AS COURAGEOUS AS A LION. WHOEVER DISCOVERS WHO YOU REALLY ARE IS GOING TO GET THE DEAL OF THE CENTURY. THESE ARE NOT JUST HAPPY WORDS. IT IS TRUE OF JUST ABOUT ANYBODY WHO HAS GONE TO HELL AND COME BACK WITH A TRUE STORY TO TELL. I KNOW BECAUSE I GAVE UP ALCOHOL 16 YEARS AGO. BUT YOU ARE SO FAR AHEAD OF ME, ALL I CAN DO IS TIP MY HAT TO YOU. STAY COURAGEOUS AND YOU WILL FIND LOVE THAT WILL SUIT YOU JUST FINE. BEST, - G.

I'm an attractive woman and I had a romantic relationship with a quadraplegic who was wonderful. You actually are lucky, because you know that the woman you find will be with you for who you are inside. You will definitely find her and soon. there are many woman who are looking for LOVE not status or outside attributes. Get involved in school, do everything you can to be involved and the right woman will come a long.

Never forget about love. NEVER! You might not meet the right person at college. I went back when I was older, and it was hard hanging out with kids 10 years younger. I didn't meet my bf there, but I met a friend who later introduced me to him. Just like the job market, it's all about making the connections.

Love comes in different shapes and Size. Thats one thing for sure. I cant see any reason why not a guy of your kind cant find a match. Always rememder that all people have their match. Its just up to you to find him/her.

Just be thankful that you have your life back, and maybe not just your life but also your romance.
