If the issue is chronic, take a higher potency, e.g. 30C. If it is an occasional problem, and you just need to take it when it happens, go with a lower potency, e.g. 6X.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist. Who the hell told you that this plant was good for insomnia? Well it's not. it has nothing to do with this problem it is useful in nausea and sickness. What you want is : Valerian-Vervain-Passion flower-Roman chamomile-. The Valerian is the best. You can get any of these at any health shop they come in either liquid form or in capsules. Don't take Nux-vomica. If you want anymore information e mail me and give me your full e mail address.
