I'm not really sure what you are asking but I'll try to help. The water you drink is absorbed in your intestines, not your stomach. Natural fiber will absorb the water and make your stool soft and easy to pass. If you are constipated, you need to consistently take a natural fiber and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Eat fresh fruits and veggies and drink prune juice. You can take a stool softener also.

Have you been taking a laxative? If you have, your body will get use to this and it will be hard to have a natural bowel movement without the laxative.

Are you mobile? Moderate exercise helps the bowels move. If you are bed bound or have been in the hospital or had surgery, this may result in constipation. Also, any narcotics you might take, say for pain, can cause constipation by slowing the peristalsis (movement in your intestines) and therefore resulting in constipation.

I'm not sure if this will help; hope it does.

OMG! A discipline I recognise all tooooo good. I am approximately 20lbs bloated(sure, no exaggeration) correct now. It was once approximately 30, however after taking TWO of my dad's prescrip diuretics(which I do not advise) considering I am out of my prescrip diuretics, it is much less. What I've heard, for the ones with out severe circumstances, is lots of room temperature water with slightly little bit of lemon or lime juice(a million/two tsp to a million cup). I are aware of it sounds bizarre, however real, the extra you water you drink, the fewer you hold. Unless you're like me... A gallon of water weighs approximately 8lbs, and I customarily drink that plus espresso, so I generally tend to position on 12lbs in an afternoon of water, except I have Aunt Flow, after which it's towards what it's correct now. Eating veggies, warding off meals with prime sodium content material, is allegedly meant to support. Also, check out the DIUREX(there's one with out caffeine, that is the only I advise) that is an OTC diuretic, if ingesting extra water with lemon or lime juice does not support.
