I used to be able to use just my hand, fingers in vagina and palm rubbing clit. Now I use a viborator it has a shaft and another part that stimulates the clit. I can have an orgasm with just clitoral stimulation but cant have one with just vaginal stimulation

Find what feels good to you and do it over and over again.
Something that feels awesome to one woman may not feel awesome to another. Figure out your own body and go from there.

I use a finger inside myself and I rotate my other hand on my clitoris.
Also, one time, I had a guy insert his thumb in me while he cirled my clitoris with his tongue.

try a vibrator,at least that's what i've always heard that works the best.of course you have to put it in the right place.stimulate the clitoris with it,will drive you crazy
