Menudo is a traditional Mexican soup that began as an economical meal. Many people consider it a "cure" for hangovers and the "Breakfast of Champions". It helps to replenish vitamins A and C as well as soothing the stomach. Tripe is the main ingredient in menudo -- this was originally so that no part of the cow would go to waste. It also often contains hominy, garlic, oregano, chili, salt, and pepper. First, the tripe must be boiled for about an hour or so. Then the spices are added to the soup. Some consider pig feet to be a secret ingredient. Ideally, menudo should simmer for at least four hours.

Never take tylenol within 24 hours of drinking, as mixing the two is toxic for your liver. Water is the only cure for a hangover, as hangovers are simply dehydration. Drink several glasses of water before going to bed, and drink more in the morning, or during the night if you wake up. God bless

1. Drink one large glass of water (mineral water is best)

2. Spend 5 minutes vigorously exercising (i'm sure you can think of something)

3. Drink one large glass of water (again mineral water is best)

4. Spend 5 minutes exercising (not so vigorous this time :) )

5. Drink one small glass of pure fruit juice (grapefruit is the best)

I guarantee the next morning you'll feel great!

You gotta take preventative measures before you hit the sack. Before heading out to get wasted, fill an 8 oz glass of water and put two advils/tylenol next to it on your bedside table, kitchen counter, or where ever you will remember to see it when you get home in your drunken stooper.

Take the two pills and drink the entire glass of water and go to bed.

No hang-over in the morning, Guaranteed!

Works for me everytime and I'm an ex-sailor so you KNOW I know how to hold my liqour!

well you are right about the water BUT you can avoid a hangover altogether if you load up on water BEFORE you go drinking. that way you are hydrated becuase alcohol dries your body out and THAT is why you get the hangover. i have always done that and NEVER get one.. and you dont wake up really thirsty either the next day. try it. just drink enough water so you are peeing clear before yo go out drinking.
