Who said this?........""The USA is hardly a country of freedom. I have seen the poverty, the hatred and racism. You have one of the highest crime rates in the world. Your business' stink of corruption Enron being one of many that spring to mind.
You have Billionaires, Oprah amongst many telling the poor and needy what they should be doing to get out of their plight.
(90% of the wealthin the USA is with 8% of the population and you live in freedom and democracy.
Stop this God rubbish. He ain't American. Even though you guys name him every second of the day.
War is never justified. The reason USA went to war is OIL nothing more nothing less. If one gets arrested and is poor they will not get true justice. If rich then one can buy justice. The United States isn't that great of a country."""

Right offhand I would say you said it. POVERTY!??? Go to the third world they have REAL POVERTY as opposed to the so called poverty in the US. The US strictly enforces it's laws against businesses. That is the reason we know about the corruption at some of the companies. Oprah should be looked up to as a role model. She was born in poverty and through her hard work and determination overcame many obstacles in her life. Like the majority of the rich in this country she was not born that way, she earned it. She is also quite free about giving to Charity to help those less fortunate. SO YES SHE IS UNIQUELY QUALIFIED TO TELL THE POOR HOW TO GET OUT OF POVERTY. War is never justified? Whoever said that is a D!^#$ Hippie and needs to travel back in time to the 60's where he will be more at home. The justice system in our country is not perfect, but it gives the accused more rights than they would have in most countries. Face it man the 60's are not coming back give it up and join us in the 21st century.

You're right, but the people that are poor I believe choose to be. EX. I got a credit card offer for $10,000.00 dlrs. I could use it, ruin my credit, since I can't afford to pay. Loose my car, house. Then I would be out in the streets"poor and homeless". We have tons of money that is given out in scholarships and if you want to better your self you can. All you have to do is get off your but. I live in middle class FYI. Oprah came from nothing she worked for her money and I know that if I was her I wouldn't just give out my money. Enron is one case their not all like that. Yeah, I think the US. is a great country I don't think anywhere else can you come from another country and make your dreams come true.

Prove to me that we went to war for oil. If the US wasn't a free country you wouldn't be sitting on your pc getting fatter. You do have 1 point Oprah the lieng witch needs shut her mouth and do something instead of opening her mouth. I'm not talking about the so called project she did with habitat for humanity either.
Also her free car give away was a scam.

No country is ever going to be free, unless you live in an island by yourself and only you. US democracy is not perfect, but comparing to other nations, it is still the best nation to live in. If you don't like USA, then go to other European country and see if you can live with the super high tax the government collects.

I don't know, but apparently, you don't like America. It's interesting that immigrants appreciate the opportunities afforded them better than many citizens. Perhaps they have a true perspective on America.

Dont know who said it but as soon as I got to the cliche about the war being for oil I realised that whoever it was is a dumbass who doesnt know what they are talking about.

Shame, as it was making a little sense up to that bit.
