Try using Head & Shoulders shampoo. If that doesn't help ask you doctor for a prescription for a stronger anti-danduff shampoo.

Sally Beauty Supply. Medi-Dan. It is ABSOLUTELY! guaranteed to get rid of the itch and flakes of Excema, seborrhea, and scoriasis, BUT! are you using your fingernails to watch your head? They will mess up the scales on your head and cause flakes. Dandruff is oily stuff ON YOUR SCALP. Flakes are from FINGERNAILS. Use just your fingertips to wash, or you will ALWAYS have 'dandruff' on your shoulders. True dandruff can be spread from brush to brush, so don't share brushes.
Use Medi-Dan twice in a row as your shampoo. Leave it in 3-5 mins. Use two more days as your shampoo, THEN put it on the shelf till you see flakes again, then repeat. It is a treatment. A HUGE bottle is 8.99, but will last you forever!

Use Head and Shoulders, Selsun Salon or Neutrogena T gel shampoo. After you lather it up, leave it on the scalp for a few minutes and then rinse. Wash your hair with it every other day and you should have no more problems with dandruff.

shampoo with dandruff shampoo, use a deep conditioner and once or twice a week do a hot tea tree oil treatment.. and you can put different herbs or flowers in the oil and infuse the natural oils together.. I really like tea tree and evening primrose together.

You could try Head & Shoulders but it doesn't work on all hair types and scalps. Sometimes it makes your dandruf worse. I suggest you see a doctor if it's really bad.
