go with your instincts. you have instinct to know what feels right or intuition to know .. if they mean to be a friends you will feel it. also tho be cautious on the net if this is where your getting this relationship from. Be in public places. ask your self what do they give back and why you ask yourself. most people want to be friendly but know their history asap. go slow in any new friend relationship. where did you meet? that might be the answer right there. if you met on the net they are lonely or a perv who knows so for all practicality reason meet in real life new friends time will tell. how much do you need this new friend?see what their interests are monitor their voice tones and see what and ask what makes them happy or furious.
