My first reaction? That you are a con artist and would steel all the money in the account. And would think you must consider me really stupid to fall for a line of crap like that.

if it was through email, I would say it's probably a Nigerian email scam. Most likely its from a Nigerian Barrister or businessmen representing the estate of a recently dead millionaire who's assets will be lost to the state if they can't be transferred to a beneficiary.
Apparently these email scams make up a huge percentage of Nigeria's trading profits.
Look up "Advance fee fraud" at www.en.wikipedia.com

I would think you were trying to borrow my identity long enough to sap my bank account and hope others would give you theirs- maybe get up the $10 million mentioned.
