I am trying to write a letter in regards to something that happened at this bar but they told me that they cannot give out the name of the owner or president of that company. Is it public information to find out the owner of a business? Or who the President of a company is?

With today's technology, everything is public. Go to the local City/County clerks office. They have all that information.

no
you can writhe to ''THE HEAD OF THE COMPANY'' named ......
and they will eventually give it to the right person
and in the same time they don't want you to write a complain against them
but if you have a lawyer he will have the right name and address
this is just an opinion
