The first job, as with nearly all the questions on this board, is to translate into the English language the writer's attempt at expressing a simple thought. I think "how" is supposed to be "Who," "in" is supposed to be "if" and "was" is supposed to be "were". So the question reads, "Who would you ever let unfasten your bra if you were a sexy receptionist?"
My list, at a first cut: Jade from Big Brother, Carole Vorderman, the pretty Filipina woman who works on the checkout at the supermarket near Slateford station, Claudia Schiffer and Sayuri Anzu.
