I picture myself as a drop of water, and picture God as an ocean. I allow life at micro-cell level, He allows life at much greater level (all fish and life forms in the ocean). We have two basic things in common: "creativity" and "giving."
I cannot perceive His magnitude because I'm just a drop, but He lets me live in His ocean, and lets me feel and share His two most important traits, "creativity" and "giving."

Well, My love you did specifically ask Christians but I'll share my thoughts on this matter you might find them unique. I see God as each and every one of us. Each one of our individual personalities are different perspectives of God. It would be hard to draw a picture of something of so vast a scope. If I were to try I would start in the background with every thought, emotion, and idea ever conceived of past present and future. Then I would attempt to represent on my canvas the energy that brings these things into being the energy that scientist haven't yet discovered. This energy I believe to be conscious thought. Sense I'm drawing this from my perspective I would then paint a picture in the foreground of you and I curled up on the couch watching south park.

I know it's wrong to anthropomorhisise God but I can't help but picture a person. You know, the old guy with the beard and the white robes and the gold sandals. Did I just describe Moses? Most like the episode of the Simpsons when Homer meets God but you don't actually see his face.

i cant picture God the father. i can picture Jesus the son and i feel like its important for me to picture him when in pray. the picture im currently using is when Jesus walked on water out to his disciples and calmed the weather.
I pray to Jesus, and keep the picture of him in m head. and then I try and acknowledge the father as the creator of everything. i cant picture him but i can see his beauty in nature and appreciate that.
so.. maybe in some ways when i picture the father i am picturing nature. mostly the nature i see along side of the road. some of that is very beautiful.

I don't really picture God in my head. I believe he has a form, but I would not know or presume to even explain that form. I believe in His presence and don't feel I need to associate a "picture" with that presense. Does that make sence?

It sounds lame, but I always think of an old man with a long white beard, kind of a skinny Santa Claus. Then again, Morgan Freeman is good too.

He looks fatherly, white hair and beard.. when you look at his hands and limbs, the left would be manly and the right would be that of a woman.. He's wearing a majestic robe.. and there's something like a great and holy aura coming from Him..
