Why is it that when Israel kills 7 civilians it's a "war crime"?

But when Hamas specifically suicide bombs civilian cafes, buses, and nightclubs in an attempt to kill as many civilians as possible, Palestinians consider it to be a legitimate tactic? Double standard?

I see answers about how "Israeli technology is superior to Palestinian tech, so it's their only option"

Do you think that Israel would use that tech on Palestine if Hamas didn't openly call for israel's destruction? Don't you think Israelis would rather just live in peace?

First to all that has stated the land belongs to the Palestinians. You would be wrong on that. If you go back to the early 1800 you would find all most 70% of the people living there were Jewish. There has all away been more Jewish living there. Even under the Ottoman's and their repression of any religion out side of Islam.

There has been a double standard for a long time any were Islam comes up. Islam is not a peaceful at all . Islam has forced its way in all over the world and killed or ran off any one that did not want to be apart of it. So here it comes again. We only hear about a small part of the killings done each day in the name of this so call peaceful Islam.

Because the United States and Israel are the biggest terrorists in the world! Of course it's a double standard...the Israelis can bulldoze down as many Palestinian settlements as they want, but the Palestinians can't do a thing to defend themselves because they have no means to do so without being branded as "terrorists". I think HAMAS was set up to win the Palestinian election because there's no way the U.S. and Israel could actually accept a peaceful solution to the situation.

Of course it is, an Eye for an Eye and a Tooth for a Tooth and all that. The thing is, it's kind of a David vs Goliath situation, Israel has a large army, with alot of expensive technologically advanced equipment, much of it imported from the West. Palestine just has a defense force, which is essentially a low-tech infantry army, with little or nothing that they could use to effectively fight Israel, although it's cruel, unjust and despicable, suicide bombers are about one of the only options they have to strike back against Israel.

Just tell me how many jews were killed in the Ottoman's rule? Hitler alone killed 6 million of them but no Muslim said a "Christian" has killed so many people.

There are about 9 million christian in Arab (Refereence: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arab_Christian) and all have co-existed with muslims.

Don't mix the fighters who are fighting against the foreign occupation and terrorists.

When some fights against USSR he is not a terrorist and when you fight against interests or occupation of USA you are a terrorist?
