it should be, just double check that it doesnt have echinacea in it, that was on the obgyn list of unsafe thigs and its found in a lot of green teas.

The secret of green tea lies in the fact it is rich in catechin polyphenols, particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). EGCG is a powerful anti-oxidant: besides inhibiting the growth of cancer cells, it kills cancer cells without harming healthy tissue. It has also been effective in lowering LDL cholesterol levels, and inhibiting the abnormal formation of blood clots. The latter takes on added importance when you consider that thrombosis (the formation of abnormal blood clots) is the leading cause of heart attacks and stroke.

well apprently green tea helps you to get pregnant so i wouldn't think it would be a problem drinking it while pregnant

Green tea is ok in pregnancy, particularly the decaff. one.

I was told not to drink it anymore because it could make could make the baby have heart problems

I THINK ITS OKAY BUT YOU SHOULD CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR...THEY HAVE SPECIAL TEA JUST FOR PREGNANT WOMAN

its better you take tea that nourishes you and your baby more............say ovaltine? see ur doc 4 more advice though.
