they sleep with eyes open ... and not much movement if they sleep... but they are alert better than humans

Yes, fish do sleep but since they don't have any eyelids they're eyes are open. One way you can tell they're a sleep id if you see them on the bottom of the fish bowl or tank laying upright.

yea but they dont have eye lids so when they sleep they just sleep with their eyes open and they obviously dont move. it just looks like a fake fish almost

yeah they do..they just keep there eyes open(fish dont have eyelids like ppl do)...they just arent as active as they are when they are sleeping..just stay still..if ya tap on the glass theyll start moving again

they do but they have no eyelids so they sort of go in a zone and then when they hit something or the smell of pretetors or fish food
out of the zone they go!

yes they do but they don' t close there eyes because they don' t have eyelids. they also don' t snore, lie down, sleep on beds,sleep walk, sitting down while sleeping. they also don' t use pillows and blankets
