choose to accept it, life sucks from time to time, its a matter of accepting this fact. then go for a good workout, then pamper yourself a bit. it doesnt have to cost you, just a treat . you desrve it. then stay positive. more people have got it bad, than you, so you will survive.

Go to church and pray then watch comedy shows after to make me forget temporarily my woes. I am an optimist so when Im down, I take it as a challenge and learn from it. As long as i breath then there's hope. "Hope springs eternal" or there's always a light at the end of a tunnel! :-D
