If he does, say "I'm sorry, no, but thanks for asking".
If he doesn't, don't worry about it, and enjoy the friends you do have.

Sorry if that sounds too simple, but worrying about it won't help or change things at all. Neither will giving him "hints" that you don't like him. Guys don't get hints. If he asks you, use the direct approach. Good luck.

Ahhhh, been there girlfriend, know where you're coming from, it's very awkward.... You could try to avoid him for a while. Or you could take the cruel to be kind approach, where you make it clear you don't return the feelings through your actions so you don't have to voice it later.
