this is what works for me....take 3 advil, go to my bedroom, turn off all lights and get rid of all noise. Then place a cold or damp cold cloth on your face. Lie down until it starts to feel a little better. Hope this helps

Whenever I have migraines and don't want to take any medication, I go to bed lock my door, elimate all sounds and put a mask over my eyes to keep out the light and rest. I usually fall asleep for a few hours and when I wake up its gone..Try it, it works. Hope you feel better soon.

caffeine sugar and stress are deciding factors for mirgrain . learn to relax and do yoga that will help try to reduce ur caffeine intake in beverages. i tried yoga, dancing, and less cafeeine sugar and my mirgain is reduced to 10%. My friend used homeopathic medicine and that also helped .

Stop consuming all wheat and dairy products. Absolutely remove Nutrasweet from your diet. Detox your body with a cleanse. You will improve thereafter.
