In fact, I am already aware of such one website named :http://www.kasamba.com
and was looking for some more similar sites who's live person experts answers in real time using chat. I think I am clear exactly what specific I intend to clarify and am looking for...

there is IRC (Internet Relay Chat). If you download the program called "mIRC" from www.mirc.com, install it, start it up, click the little lightning bolt: it will prompt you for a user name and a nickname, connect you to a server in which you can join channels (preceded by the # symbol). So if you go and get it, and it connects, you type /join #chat and it will join a room or channel called #chat. Any channel name you precede with the # will be connected to or created for you. /join #windowshelp /join #bar&grill etc... The conversation is pretty much real time. To quit you type /quit and it disconnects you from the chat server.

all other commands you will simply have to pick up on your own.

Yes, there are many! If your ISP is Comcast or Earthlink, for instance, you can very often get your questions answered on chat more thoroughly and faster than if you call them directly. Same with Gateway computers.
