Years ago I saw a tv show where they made key rings and stuff by pouring acryllic over arranged items. I've tried to find out where to buy clear acryylic so it can be poured. I know very little about this so ANY advice is welcome

Are you sure it was acrylic you saw? It sounds like it was resin, which you can buy in good art and hobby shops. It comes in two parts, one being a catylist. And if you get around to using it, make sure you knock the air bubbles out gently!!

You can buy clear acrylic medium in art stores, like Michael's. It is best to pour it in layers to keep it from cracking as it dries, and so it will dry clear instead of milky. Pour a layer, let it dry (24 hours) another layer, etc until you have enough. this will take several days.
