Take them out with a fishing net. Lilly pads are also rooted in the bottom of the pond, so you may have to net some roots out too.

You need to shoot the Lily pads. You can fire unlimited shots by pressing the space bar. Use the arrow keys to rotate your lily pad so you fire in the right direction. If you have any bombs, you can always fire those by pressing 'B' on your keyboard.

you may want to sell them to someone on craigslist.com - pretty expensive to purchase about $15-$50 new depending on source - they are rooted in your pond - please reconsider taken all out - they provide shade to stop growth of string algae and nutrients to keep your pond water healthy. if you wish you can always add koi to your pond. most koi have great appetities for plants.

Why would you want to do that? They are beautiful and produce a lovely flower. If you need to control them, just pull out the excess.

throw a little kid in there and tell them to grab all the lilly pads.
