Scorpio is a Fixed Water Sign; Pisces is a Mutable Water Sign. So far, no incompatibility.
But you need to get full charts read of both of you, esp. accenting the placement of Venus and Mars, and your general House and Lifestyle interests. Rising Signs are also important. An entire picture is needed, which is more than just your Sun Signs.

No one is compatible with the Scorpio. They are very hard to get along with and they have a one track mind.
