If the animal you have is ferocious, just let ur animal loose in ur neigbours yard, or house ;) thats it problem solved.
And to be serious.... just get some proof or take advice from the local animal control people about it. that would be better for you. so that way they know what you are doing when actually your neighbour is giving or making false complaints, so before hand be with the animal control people or one their side :) proove them show em what u do and what u dont... thats it simple as it can get

Go and talk to them and while doing so be nice and respectful. See what they expect from you. You may be making them angry and there may be some way for you to stop what ever it is.
