Occupied by 7 people.?

The apartment next to me is a one bedroom being occupied by 7people. I know there is a city or county ordinance in Atlanta regarding number of occupants in one unit. Where can I find ordinances, and how can I report my apartment manager.

your local court house or sheiffs department has the forms you will need to process a complaint

Go to your local town hall, they handle that stuff.

Just report it to your manager... they probably aren't aware...

go to the appartment manager and tell him
