you need to lift the sliding door off its runners, you will find the two wheels at the bottom that it runns on are adjustable, change the adjustment bi raising or lowering one of the wheels then replace door and cheeck if you have adjusted thr correct wheel your ok if you find when you put the door back into p[osition its worse you know you need to adjust the other wheel and retirn the first one to original position

Additional follow-up: It sounds like you need to raise the roller closest to the jamb and lower the roller furthest from the jamb. There is ususally a little trial & error when you are doing this yourself.

DO NOT REMOVE THE DOOR FROM THE TRACK!!!

If your house is a year old, you will see 2 holes or 2 snap on covers (about the size of a dime or nickel) on the bottom of the door, within 8" of each edge. Carefully pry off the covers, if present, and use the appropriate tool (usually a phillips screwdriver) to adjust the door.

Turn the screw the farthest from the latch clockwise to bring the top of the door closer to the jam and counter-clockwise if the top is hitting the jam before the bottom.

Hope this helps!

Look for adjusting screws along the bottom of the door. They probably have a round cover over them, just pop it off, and adjust either the one closest to the opening, up, or the furthest one down.

jack i right, i would just add that the adjustment is easier if someone is helping by lifting the door up just a bit to make the lowering and raising of the door easier
