I do both. With soccer you have to work together as a team but with swimming it's more individual. There really isn't anyway to say one is better than the other because both are equally good for your body and keep you in excellent shape.

Soccer edges out swimming as far as health rewards, but more people swim than do play soccer.

Swimmers = really nice upper bodies.
Soccer players = Amazing legs and butt

Swimmers + soccer players = PERFECT body.

I swim, and I love it. But unfortunately, I have a muscle problem on my foot and run. So that means no soccer for me. But it's incredibly fun to watch.

hands down swimming for various reasons, like you dont feel the sweat. and you can swim for your whole life. and you also work ALL the muscles in your body compared to soccer where you mostly work your legs.
