Florida, Texas, Washington, Alaska, New Hampsheire.

Alaska has massive oil income from state owned land. They give citizens a tax rebate - meaning check.

Tenn is debating enacting an income tax.

Texas is mostly property taxes. Many folks in the militray that don't own property establish residency here so they don't pay much in the way of state taxes. We pay about 8.25% sales tax that goes mostly to the local govt. I like that system > income to feds, Property to state, sales to local.

Alaska pays thier residents and does not tax them!
www.earthrights.net/docs/oilrent thats oilrent on the end. They do it with just 1 commodity. With all the commodities in your state what's thier excuse for not paying you? With all resources of the feds why can't they pay you 50 times what Alaska pays? ANSWER the feds work to keep us poor! If we were rich we be in their shorts all the time. Why because they are screwing up everything all the time. Our pollitions have gotten away from working for us, we now work for them. We now have been screwed into paying them taxes when if they were working for a company, the way they should work for us, they would have to make a profit and pay not tax us. If our Gov was like a company, the way it should be, and they got paid the enormous sums our pollitions do and did not ever return a profit. The stock holders. that's us the public, would fire them all and bring in a whole new manangement team to turn the company around. It's time to vote the Dems and Reps out and get us a whole new manangement team.

I only know that WASHINGTON STATE has no income tax, but don't think for a minute we get off easy! We have one of the highest state SALES taxes. And that sales tax more than makes up for the lack of an income tax.

The state will get it's pouind of flesh out of you no matter how they do it!

Texas, NH (where I live), and Washington are the only ones I know for certain. NH also has no sales tax, except on "tourist items" - fast food, hotel rooms, rentals. Property taxes tend to be a bit on the high side though.
