Well, I haven't read Aristotle but it's fairly obvious that you just have to start to "do it", and then you'll find out what you need to do next to continue towards success.

Well, it sort of makes sense... people have abilities but they often don't use them, they would have a lot more success if they just got off their bum and did it!
