I, however, recommend Firefox. Like IE, it's free, but it doesn't suffer from all of IE's security problems, loads pages faster, and can be customized in both features and looks. You can download it here:

I suggest you give Firefox a try. If for whatever reason you don't like it, you can install Internet Explorer later.

Uh, I couldn't help you downloud anything to your deck top (you'll need to call a carpenter for that)....besides, it makes way too much noise, and would probably disturb your neighbors! But I do recommendThompson's Water Seal for all-season protection against the elements. HomeDepot has a sale this week, check it out!
And oh yeah, I know I'm not the best speller in the world, but I'm pretty sure "Internet" begins with the letter "I" !
