when i try to start my 94 ford aerostar van it will not start and fuel begins to run out of the air intake breather hose. I have checked out all other areas and everything checks out ok. How likely is it that the fuel presure regulator is bad and does anyone have any other solutions?

it is very likely that the fuel pressure regulator is bad. Just remove the vacuum hose from it and see if fuel flows out of it.
