Not anymore! Seems many people aren't tuned in...Check the top sports athletes..many wear tights. It is becoming so popular (in the general population) that pantyhose manufacturers are banking on the trend to continue and are providing pantyhose in sizes to fit men better. This year pantyhose will likely be considered just another unisex piece of clothing. The benefits of wearing pantyhose outweigh the few remarks you might get from the clueless. Go for it!

Hey, whatever, dude. Joe Namath wore pantyhose 30 years ago for an advertisement. Dancers wear tights all the time, as do runners. No worries.
